30-Day Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days upon receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with intact tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.
To start a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you received damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we may review the issue and make it right. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your order.
We are unable to accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
We do not accept 1-to-1 exchanges. If you wish, you may return the item you wish to exchange and receive your refund, and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process your refund.
